No upfront deposit. We don't ask for money before materials arrive on site. Typical terms: a progress payment when concrete is poured, balance on completion. Every payment is invoiced with GST and our ABN — no cash-in-hand pressure.

The quote we give you is the price you pay — provided the job matches the scope we quoted on. If something on site turns out different (e.g. hidden tree roots, unexpected ground conditions), we stop, explain what we found, and only continue once you've approved the change in writing.

We watch the Melbourne forecast all week and only pour on days the concrete can cure properly. If the weather turns last minute, we reschedule rather than risk the finish. You get a heads-up the day before — no surprise no-shows.

Workmanship — cracks beyond normal hairline shrinkage, surface failure, settlement caused by inadequate prep, finish defects. If it's our fault, we come back and fix it. Doesn't cover damage from heavy vehicles outside spec, ground movement from your own landscaping, or surface staining from external sources. Full terms on request.

Yes. We carry public liability cover and workers' compensation through WorkCover Victoria. Our ABN is on every invoice and quote — you can look us up on the ABR. If a client asks for a Certificate of Currency before we start, we send it the same day.
